Aquiles Gallardo, a resident of Puerto Montt, and long-serving employee of the aquaculture industry joins ReelData effective 1st August 2024. Bringing an extensive background in both Aquaculture and Engineering, Aquiles joins ReelData with a unique skillset that bridges the gap between AI technology and Aquaculture application. Aquiles has significant experience in the aquaculture industry as a project manager, including projects of Feeding, Photoperiod and R&D for new technologies, and he has worked across both freshwater and seawater stages of the lifecycle. His academic background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad Austral de Chile, and commercial experience in engineering and maintenance in the telecommunications industry prior to starting his career in Aquaculture, will also add value to ReelData and it’s customers moving forward. Aquiles will be working alongside the ReelData whilst studying to complete a MBA from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
